Able to give very good advice on enquiry made on technical matters and go extra mile to share what is best for customer even with no earning (e.g. for my case, instead of upgrade to new system which i wanted, offer advice on how to upgrade speed at minimal cost). Now my system running good after changing some simple parts (sdd & ddr2) . Thumnbs up. Recommended.
